No. The system is suspended on a perimeter track below the existing ceiling. There is no demolition, and the original ceiling stays intact underneath along with anything running above it.

Roughly 3 to 5 cm for a plain ceiling. More if lighting sits in the cavity, typically 10 to 15 cm for backlit or acoustic systems with insulation. We confirm exact depths at the site visit.

Yes. Wiring, cut-outs and fittings are planned and installed as part of the job, not left to a separate contractor. Positions are set before the membrane goes up, so tell us what you want at the design stage.

Plain ceilings can often be scheduled quickly. Printed, acoustic and custom membranes are made to order, so allow manufacturing lead time before the installation date.

Yes. Membranes meet international fire and safety standards. For commercial spaces in Thailand, fire certification is often required for occupancy approval, and we supply documentation for the specific membrane installed.
