Every stretch ceiling is cut to the exact dimensions of your room. There are no standard panel sizes and no visible joins, so the membrane follows whatever shape the space needs, including curves, multiple levels, and cut-outs for lights, speakers, vents or sprinklers.
What you actually specify comes down to four things: the membrane (PVC or fabric), the finish (matte, gloss, translucent, printed or acoustic), the lighting built into it, and the shape. Those four choices decide both how the ceiling looks and what it costs.
Three decisions shape the result. Each one affects the look, the performance and the final quote.
Matte, gloss, satin, translucent, printed or perforated acoustic. Any RAL colour, plus custom graphics, logos and photographic prints at full ceiling scale.
Flat, curved, arched, domed or multi-level. Cut-outs for downlights, speakers, air vents and sprinkler heads are formed into the membrane, not added afterwards.
Recessed spots, cove lighting, RGB and RGBW colour systems, or a fully backlit lightbox ceiling that glows across the whole surface.
| Finish | What It Looks Like | Best For |
|---|---|---|
| Matte | Flat, plaster-like. No reflection. | Living rooms, bedrooms, offices |
| Satin | Soft sheen between matte and gloss. | Hotels, reception areas |
| Gloss (Lacquered) | Mirror-like. Reflects light and makes low rooms feel taller. | Kitchens, showrooms, small rooms |
| Translucent | Diffuses light evenly from behind. Needs a lit cavity. | Bars, retail, galleries, lightbox ceilings |
| Printed | Any image or graphic printed across the full membrane. | Branding, feature ceilings, kids’ spaces |
| Acoustic (Perforated) | Micro-perforated to absorb sound and cut echo. | Restaurants, offices, meeting rooms |

Prices start from the figures below and move with the finish, the lighting and how complex the room is.
| Type of Finish | Starting Price (Baht/m²) | Features |
|---|---|---|
| Basic Matte/Glossy | ~ 3,000 THB | Affordable, clean finish, durable |
| Translucent with Lighting | ~ 6,500 THB | Works with LED or lightbox systems |
| Printed Designs | ~ 7,500 THB | Custom graphics and branding options |
| Acoustic Membrane | ~ 4,500 THB | Reduces echo and improves sound clarity |
Five things move the number up or down. Knowing them makes it easier to shape a design around your budget rather than the other way round.
Price is based on 5 sqm and may vary depending on the total project size.
The biggest single driver. A basic matte PVC membrane is the entry point. Translucent, printed and perforated acoustic membranes cost more because of the material itself and the extra work to install them.
A ceiling with no lighting is the cheapest option. Recessed spots add cut-outs and wiring. Cove, RGB and fully backlit lightbox systems add the most, since they need a deeper cavity, an even LED layout and a translucent membrane above them.
A single flat plane is straightforward. Curves, arches, domes and multi-level designs need more framing, more precise measurement and longer on site.
Larger rooms cost more in total but usually less per square metre. Very small rooms carry a higher rate, since setup and framing take similar time regardless of size. Ceiling height and awkward layouts also affect access.
What is already up there matters. Existing beams, ducting, sprinkler heads or an uneven original ceiling all add framing work. Restricted access, high ceilings, or sites that can only be worked outside business hours will also affect the quote.
Tell us the room size and roughly what you want, and we will come back with a fixed quote covering materials, lighting and installation. No obligation.
Matte in bedrooms and living rooms. Gloss in kitchens and bathrooms, where it handles humidity and bounces light around a smaller room.
Acoustic membranes to keep noise down so guests can talk, often combined with translucent panels for mood lighting.
Perforated acoustic finishes to cut echo on calls, with recessed lighting built into the membrane.
Backlit translucent or printed finishes, used to light product evenly or carry branding overhead.

A few practical points that come up in almost every quote:

Wipe with a soft cloth and mild soapy water. No repainting, no cracking or flaking, and no mould in humid rooms. Full care guidance is on our maintenance page.
No obligation. Ask us anything about finishes, lighting or lead times.
There is no practical maximum. Membranes are welded to size, so a large room can be covered in one seamless piece. Very small rooms are fine too, though the cost per square metre is higher because setup and framing take similar time regardless of area.
Roughly 3 to 5 cm for a plain ceiling. If you are adding recessed lighting, cove lighting or a backlit lightbox, the cavity needs to be deeper, usually 10 to 15 cm depending on the system.
Yes. Printed membranes take any high-resolution image or graphic across the full ceiling. We will check your artwork resolution against the finished size before printing.
Yes. Downlights, speakers, air vents, sprinkler heads and diffusers are all cut into the membrane during installation. This is planned at the design stage, not added afterwards.
Yes. The membrane can be unclipped from the frame and refitted, so anything in the cavity stays reachable for maintenance.
Most rooms are installed in 1 to 2 days. Custom printed and acoustic membranes are made to order, so allow lead time for manufacturing before the installation date. We confirm exact timings with your quote.
