Acoustic ceiling, acoustic panels, or baffles?
All three absorb sound. They differ in how much ceiling they use and how visible they are.
A stretch ceiling covers the largest surface and hides the treatment entirely, which is usually the deciding factor in restaurants, hotels and client-facing offices.
| Solution | Coverage | Appearance | Best Suited For |
|---|---|---|---|
| Acoustic Stretch Ceiling | Full ceiling surface | Clean, seamless ceiling with no visible acoustic treatment | Projects where acoustic performance needs to remain discreet, especially when replacing or covering an existing ceiling |
| Wall or Ceiling Panels | Partial coverage in selected areas | Visible panels mounted on walls or ceilings | Projects with a tighter budget or rooms that only need acoustic treatment in specific areas |
| Baffles or Rafts | Partial, suspended coverage | Visible elements suspended below the ceiling | Industrial, commercial or exposed-service interiors where the acoustic treatment is part of the design |
